Yes, all orders placed over the weekend have an extended 60-day holiday return period from receiving your items to give you peace of mind, especially during the gifting season. All returns must be registered through our returns portal to ensure that the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. Visit our returns policy page for more info.

Our entire store will be discounted, some of which will be up to 70% off. So, the black friday sale is your best chance to buy the pieces you have been eyeing up for a while, at the best possible price! The sale will be the same for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. If a new collection is launched during the sale, that collection will not be discounted.
All discount codes will be disabled for our Black Friday sale due to discounts being already applied to prices. You cannot stack discount codes.
The only codes you will be able to enter are gift cards and vouchers from our Empire Rewards program.
Absolutely, any existing gift cards or return store credits can be used at the checkout.
Due to increased traffic on all of our stores, orders placed over the Black Friday sale weekend cannot be amended, or cancelled. We will be doing our best to process orders as fast as possible as they come in. Please make sure to review your order before placing the order!
If you have placed multiple orders, we're unfortunately unable to combine these; each order will be dispatched separately.
We always try and dispatch orders on a 'first come first serve' basis. However, due to the operations at our warehouses, unfortunately, we're not always able to do this.
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracked shipping!
At the moment, we will not be offering express shipping due to shipping delays during this busy season and we don't want to provide you with false promises based off information shipping couriers provide us with.
We hope to get your order shipped out within 3-7 business days. Orders placed during our black friday sale will take longer than our usual processing time of 2-3 business days due the high influx in orders. Our team will be processing thousands of orders during our black friday sale and we will do our best to get them out as fast as possible. We truly appreciate your patience.
Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. We know that waiting for your goods to be delivered can sometimes feel like a lifetime, but please allow additional business days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout) due to the shipping delays during this busy season, before reaching out to our Customer Support Team.
