FREE Returns & Exchanges within the United States

Follow these simple steps to register your U.S. return or exchange:

  • Head to U.S. Returns Portal here: https://marcozo.happyreturns.com/
  • Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and Zipcode. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Select which item(s) you are returning or exchanging and why
  • Choose your Return/Exchange option
  • Click Submit Return/Exchange
  • You should receive a confirmation email with your free return label (Please check your junk/spam mail too)

 

 🌎 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 🌎

International customers are responsible for return postage costs

Follow these simple steps to register your return :

  • Head to our International Returns Portal herehttps://360.postco.co/marcozo
  • Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and email address or phone number. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  • Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.
  • Submit Return
  • You will receive a confirmation with instructions to ship

Returns: We will refund or exchange any item(s) returned in original condition and packaging within 30 days from your order shipping date provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

  • FREE Returns within the U.S.
  • International Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
  • We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
  • Products returned without their original packaging (ex. marcozo pouch) will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, store credit will be issued. If you prefer a refund, you may send the original packaging at your expense. Once received, we’ll process the refund accordingly.
  • When returning items that were purchased in our Stack & Save bundles, the remaining items in the bundle will be full price and refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Returns that have not been dropped off or shipped within 30 days will expire and be voided.
