EXTENDED 60-DAY HOLIDAY RETURNS - Any orders placed between November 15th and December 3rd 2024 will qualify for 60-Day Returns. This will give you peace of mind to return any purchases after Christmas!
*Please note* Returns take up to 7 business days to be reviewed. We will send you an email with more information once your return has been reviewed.
*Exchanges - If you'd like to exchange an item please place a new order, we will accept your return within 30 days and refund your original order. The reason we don't offer exchanges is to speed up the process of getting the new item you'd like.
🇺🇸 U.S. RETURNS 🇺🇸
Follow these simple steps to register your U.S. return :
- Head to U.S. Returns Portal here: https://marcozo.happyreturns.com/
- Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and Zipcode. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
- Select which item(s) you are returning and why
- Choose your Return option
- Click Submit Return
- You should receive a confirmation email with your free return label (Please check your junk/spam mail too)
🌎 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 🌎
Follow these simple steps to register your return :
- Head to our International Returns Portal here: https://360.postco.co/marcozo
- Enter your order number (e.g. M12345) and email address or phone number. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
- Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
- Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.
- Submit Return
Returns: We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 30 days from your order shipping date provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.
- FREE Returns within the U.S.
- International Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
- When returning items that were purchased in our Stack & Save bundles, the remaining items in the bundle will be full price and refunds will be adjusted accordingly.
- Returns that have not been dropped off or shipped within 30 days will expire.
